| Wills
and Estates
There is no legal requirement
that your lawyer prepare a will, but you need to get it right.
Obviously, mistakes cannot
be rectified once you have passed on and all ambiguities need
to be clarified.
Bronwyn is able to assist
you by exploring your wishes and recording them so they accurately
reflect how you want your
estate distributed.
There are many factors to
consider and many legal requirements.
When preparing Wills it is common to also
prepare what is often referred to as a ‘Living Will’.
An Enduring Power of Attorney and Guardianship will ensure
that your wishes are carried out if you become incapacitated.
